It’s World Book Day! I love that we have a day to celebrate books, as a child, books were my haven, I didn’t have many friends so I would often retreat into the school library and read. From an early age, I developed a real love for books because it could take me away into another world, another fantasy, another life and I’ve never stopped, I still love reading, I still love my library!
Here’s what I’m currently reading/will be reading. I am not exclusively only reading books by women writers but I am actively supporting them by reading more books by women writers. I have a very long list of books I want to read but always take recommendations, so if you have any please feel free to share.
My bookmarks are developed from my love of reading and I love my fellow bookworms from around the world! It makes me feel less alone that others feel the same!
